I just received the email below from a buyer client; one of the many contacts I get from buyers/investment firms on a routine basis looking for deal flow for 2009. See their comment:
"Despite current conditions, we have the experience and capital to efficiently complete transactions. If the opportunity meets our criteria, we can usually be on-site within 72 hours. We'll pay a fair price for good businesses, and we provide appraisals quickly."
