Regarding Delivery of our Products & Information from our site:

Our products (those that you purchase from us), unless specifically stated otherwise, will be delivered to you digitally via download or in some cases may be emailed to you as a file attachment.  Our products are for your personal use only and this does NOT give you the right of re-sale or any manner of re-distribution or sharing of the product in any way, form or fashion.  When you buy any of our products, your payments are to Adducent, Inc and your purchase will appear on your payment confirmation under the name "Adducent, Inc.".

To receive (whether via download or email attachments) we recommend that you create a new folder on your desktop or computer with the title of the product and then save the files to that folder. 

After you save the .zip files to this new folder, you should first try to “unzip” it by double-clicking on the icon.  This usually works on most new operating systems.  If that does not work, then go to the following website and download the free “unzip” utility: http://www.winzip.com/downwz.htm.  Follow the instructions for installing the software and then using it to “unzip” the compressed file that you saved to your new folder.

Our PDF formatted documents, publications and books can be read and printed out by any computer regardless of its operating system, using the free Adobe Reader software installed on most computers. 

All of our tool-kit products are MS Word or Excel format. That means you need those software applications installed on your computer so that you may customize and use them.  Any sample agreements included in the tool-kit are examples for you to modify for your use.  As with any business document or legal form or agreement, you wish to use.  You must check with your business attorney to confirm that they meet your local and state requirements and to assist you to make any changes if required for your use. 

If you have any problems with your product, see below on how to contact us. The geographic location of your computer is determined when you order or download and recorded. All attempts at fraud are prosecuted. Information submitted in conjunction with any order or information request is handled within the constraints of our privacy policy.

If you have a problem with a product file not opening, Adducent, Inc. upon receipt of notification will immediately send a replacement. Contact us via email to Dennis Lowery at  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   to request a replacement product (in your email provide details on what product and when you purchased it).  Replacement products can only be delivered to the email address on file for the customers original order.  Adducent, Inc. is not responsible for replacement of products if their failure to be opened, read and/or printed properly is due to a problem with the purchaser’s computer or digital device.
